Ingredients:
1 large onion, cut into chunks
4-5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
6 or more potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup of frozen or fresh peas
3-4 stalks of celery, cut into chunks
Seasoning to taste with herbs
Celtic sea salt
1 Bay leaf

 

Directions:

  1. Place everything in a crock pot and cover with water.
  2. Cook on low for at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
